Leadership and Change Beyond Concepts – Why Awareness Is Becoming a Key Competency
Our society is shaped by knowledge, analysis, and solutions. Much is achieved this way – and yet there are situations where nothing seems to work anymore: decisions remain unclear, conflicts resurface, and progress stalls. Often, the unconscious is at work here – emotional patterns and inner tensions that shape our actions without being visible. That is precisely where my work begins. I create spaces for awareness, where the invisible becomes tangible. A central skill of our time is the willingness to feel what needs to be felt. For true stability does not arise from control, but from awareness – in connection with ourselves.

For over 20 years, I, Julia Pahlke, worked in procurement, process management, and organizational development – until burnout brought me to a halt.
