The Space Command of the German Armed Forces | PLZ82
Modern societies are essentially dependent on space – is Germany equipped for this?
The Bundeswehr Space Command is based in Uedem and Kalkar – what is done there? How many satellites does Germany have and what are they used for? The sustainable and safe use of space is of considerable strategic relevance, but the space that can be used for these purposes is infinite and only lightly regulated. Ensuring space security therefore requires joint global government action by the UN, NATO and the EU
Space utilization and space security are essential for all armed forces.
