Planet on drugs – ways out of humanity’s online addiction.
Are we all junkies? Online addiction is a global phenomenon whose symptoms can no longer be ignored: short attention spans, radicalization and polarization within society, and mental health problems among adults and young people are on the rise. Dr. Wandhöfer presents a toolbox that helps us free our children, ourselves, our environment, and our society from online addiction and once again make the most of both the online and offline worlds.
