Nuclear energy 2.0 | PLZ78

The pollution of the earth’s atmosphere with CO2 must be reduced in order to keep the climate stable.

In order to achieve an energy supply without CO2, there is the CO2-free alternative of nuclear energy in addition to wind and solar energy.
In Germany in particular, nuclear energy is considered too dangerous and is no longer used.
However, new developments and findings argue for a return to this very clean form of energy.
The various aspects, safety, final storage and radiation protection will be discussed in the lecture from the perspective of physicist Dr. Eduard Heindl.
