The momentum of the minute – the power between employee and manager

This presentation is about the power of the minute. The time you take for your employees to have a personal conversation. The exchange that promotes and challenges the corporate organism. Managers should be free from work in order to really be able to lead and employees should really be allowed to work. Identification with the team. Creating shared values and getting to know each other form the core of this and this is how really big goals can be achieved, while at the same time increasing security for the company and the employees and at a price of almost €0.

I travel throughout the D-A-CH region and am available for face-to-face presentations.
