From “We should” to genuine commitment | PLZ80 | PLZ81

“We should…”, goodbye! Tension-based work as fuel for genuine commitment.

Many meetings end with unclear results and responsibilities.
“I think we should…”
“Someone should familiarize themselves with that.”
“No one keeps me informed.”
Every team experiences tension, which means there is potential for change. This can also have positive connotations, e.g., new ideas. Seeing tension as fuel for change in the organization can release enormous energy. It is important to follow a structured approach and help team members and managers take responsibility for their own tensions. The focus is on the question: “What do you need?” In this presentation, Sandra Pretzer introduces the concept, highlights the advantages of the method, and shares practical tools for implementation in your own team.
