Impressions from an unknown country.
Not too many Germans can say that they have worked as a political advisor in North Korea, probably the most closed country in the world. Manfred Richter, former Lord Mayor, was able to gain this experience by conducting a workshop with North Korean experts in the capital Pyongyang and the port city of Wonsan and discussing the problems of urban development and the economic restructuring of a major city.

Manfred Richter ist weltweit tätig als Politischer Berater und vorher als Politischer Funktionsträger auf allen Ebenen der deutschen Staatlichkeit aktiv: als Landtagsabgeordneter, Bundestagsabgeordneter (u.a. Erster Parlamentarischer Geschäftsführer der FDP-Bundestagsfraktion) und Oberbürgermeister der Stadt Bremerhaven.
