(Are) we eating our planet?

On the link between animal-based food and the climate crisis.

The climate crisis is the greatest challenge of our time. Six out of nine planetary boundaries have already been exceeded. Great efforts are being made to reduce CO2 emissions and achieve the climate targets. This can be done in many areas. This presentation is about nutrition and animal husbandry. It is about water consumption, CO emissions, changes in land use and animal ethics. The subsequent discussion is designed to encourage people to rethink their own consumer behavior and explore individual options.
