Seizing opportunities through systematic sustainability management in the company

The presentation is about how companies can systematically establish and implement the topic of sustainability. It is not about regulations, but about looking at opportunities for companies that strategically increase their own competitiveness. If tackled correctly, the sustainability transformation offers great opportunities for innovative, fast and courageous companies. Profitable organizations can switch from today’s prevailing growth, which is destructive for the planet, to healthy growth. The presentation shows balanced paths and practical examples. False idealism and binary all-or-nothing thinking are out of place.

Dr. Vladimir Preveden is a management consultant for strategic transformation and in this role has supported more than 220 companies in the DACH region and CEE. After 20 years at Roland Berger, most of them in management functions, he now runs his own company. He focuses on strategic corporate transformations. His latest book entitled “Sustainability as a strategic competitive advantage” is available from Springer Verlag.
