The prince’s new shoes | PLZ58 | PLZ44

Grave goods, human faith and life after death – a journey.

In her short lecture “The prince’s new shoes”, Diana Modarressi-Tehrani spans an arc from the pre-Roman Iron Age to the present day and discovers together with her audience what forms belief and superstition have taken in connection with death and burial over the centuries. She takes her audience on an exciting journey through more than 2000 years of European history along archaeological and historical finds and findings, and concludes with a look at our multimedia age.
