Effective hotel communication in a globalized world.
Robert De Niro is said to have once said: “My definition of a good hotel is a place where I would stay.” Let’s take a look behind the scenes of the international hotel industry. With conservative estimates of over 180,000 hotels worldwide, it is clear that a hotel is more than just a room. A hotel is a place of professional hospitality where people from all over the world come together. Internal and external hotel communication therefore plays a key role in hotel management. But how do you communicate successfully as a host and what tips and lessons can we take away from the hotel industry for our everyday lives? Januš C.
