Hit the brakes to step on the gas | PLZ82

How breathing and meditation exercises provide effective support.

How many of us like to step on the gas? In the car or on the career ladder. But what happens when we just step on the gas? If the daily stress accumulates and lasts too long, there is a disturbance in the autonomic nervous system. The balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems is disturbed. The healthy alternation between tension and relaxation can no longer take place properly. Physical symptoms become noticeable, as do psychological symptoms. If the psyche is not well, this has a negative impact on the body and vice versa. Relaxation techniques such as breathing training and meditation are among the proven mind-body techniques. In her lecture, Kim Fleckenstein shows which exercises are effective and can be integrated into everyday life.
